[ Emmrich is, quite frankly, out of practice when it comes to the giving of romantic tokens, but it's hardly as though he isn't going to send Babydoll a little something after their encounter under the mistletoe. Though they don't know each other particularly well, he does his best to pick a few things that he thinks complement the way she'd dressed herself when they'd met. And so, on Christmas Eve, two boxes are left outside her door, wrapped in brown paper and twine, with a lilac bloom held under the string.

— One box contains a black hair bow with a rose made of pink satin.
— The second contains a silk handkerchief, printed with flowers in varying shades of pink.

Slipped between the boxes is a little note, which reads: ]

Dear Babydoll,

It would be remiss of me not to present you with a token or two this holiday season, and even beyond what some may consider the remit of propriety — and if you will pardon my forwardness — I confess I find my thoughts sometimes occupied with your lovely visage. Despite the suddenness of our meeting, I hope we may forge a more genuine connection in the year to come; that is, if such a thing would please you.

[ She visits Babydoll with a bag, asking her to wait until Christmas to open her presents. Inside is a hair accessory, all black and textureless. It doesn't reflect light or cast a shadow and is virtually indestructible. It will exist for as long as Cellar is in Saltburn or until she dies. The second present is an eyeshadow palette.
